What I'd fix this week

Activation rate is down 3.1% w/w. Cohort analysis shows new signups from the /pricing page are activating 40% lower than the /blog cohort. Suspect: the welcome email is showing "trial" copy to pro-tier signups who already paid. Fix ETA: 2 hours.
One-click upgrade flow is 17% of new revenue. Strong. But it only exists on desktop. Mobile users (62% of traffic) have to contact sales. If mobile converted at the same rate, you'd add ~₹3.2L MRR/mo.
